The role

You'll build a UGC content machine at fonio.ai
Not influencer marketing in the classic sense.
Instead: systematic, scalable, data-driven creator management.
Recruit hundreds of micro- & nano-creators
Develop scripts, hooks & frameworks
Manage deadlines, quality & output
Analyze performance data and iterate constantly
Have an eye for what works
Organize payouts & operational workflows
Build processes & tools for creator tracking

What to expect:

Massive scale: We don't think in 10 videos per month. We think in 400+ per week.
Full ownership: You'll build this channel from 0 to 1, and then from 1 to 100.
Budget & speed: When something works, we scale it immediately.
Direct impact on revenue: At fonio.ai, content is a clearly measurable growth channel.
