The role

Do you want to be a Shift Assistant and become part of the Management Team?

What you'll do

Comply with the ABC of the business in the store, guaranteeing excellent customer service.
Ensure that the store's core team offers exceptional customer service.
Control and manage the store's product to maintain quality standards.
Supervise and ensure the maintenance of facilities and the cleanliness of the store.
Perform the daily opening, afternoon, and closing tasks of the store.
Drive sales before, during, and after peak hours.
Manage human resources, including: Handling staff in the computer program; Modifications to working conditions; Management of vacations, medical leaves, and voluntary leaves.
