Currently, we are looking for a Social Club Technician at the Mosaic Manresa headquarters. The mission of this position is to schedule and implement activities, creating spaces and networks for relationship and community participation, contributing to ensuring that the people served enjoy their free time, empowering them and helping to improve their situation. At the same time, leveraging interventions, both internally and externally, to raise awareness and fight against mental health stigma.
Reporting to the Program Coordination, their responsibilities are:
Contribute, along with the rest of the PIC members, to generating an attractive and diverse activity schedule, oriented toward the profile of the people served and contributing to their resources.
Implement the corresponding activities and ensure their correct functioning, proposing changes and improvements that allow the objectives to be achieved for the people performing them.
Contact and relate to external entities as necessary, depending on the needs of the resource.
Attend to people and accompany them in their recovery and social participation processes.
Coordinate with the rest of the team and/or with the corresponding referents regarding the situation of the people served when necessary.
Contribute to raising awareness and fighting against MH stigma.
Ensure the good condition of the physical spaces and contribute to their proper use and the maintenance of the equipment.
Carry out the PAI / PT (Individual Care Plans / Work Plans) for the people served in a consensual manner and respectful of their way of understanding life.
Report to coordination when necessary.
