Site Manager Robotics

Lead on-site implementation and ensure efficient delivery of solutions to clients, meeting expectations regarding quality, time,
and cost.
On-Site Coordination:
• Supervise daily activities at implementation sites, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between the project team, client, and suppliers during execution.
Project Management:
• Plan and execute mobile robotics projects from the implementation stage through to final delivery.
• Identify and resolve issues in real time, ensuring project continuity.
Team and Resource Management:
• Coordinate technicians and subcontractors during on-site implementation.
• Oversee the efficient allocation and use of human and material resources.
Communication and Follow-Up:
• Keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Prepare periodic reports on implementation status for the Operations Manager.
Quality and Continuous Improvement:
• Ensure implemented solutions meet quality standards and client specifications.
• Gather feedback upon project completion to identify areas for improvement.

Liderar la implementación en planta y garantizar la entrega eficiente de soluciones a los clientes, cumpliendo con las expectativas en términos de calidad, tiempo
y costes.
Coordinación en Sitio:
• Supervisar las actividades diarias en los sitios de implementación, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, calidad y estándares de seguridad.
• Actuar como el principal enlace entre el equipo de proyecto, cliente y proveedores durante la ejecución.
• Gestión de Proyectos:
• Planificar y ejecutar proyectos de robótica móvil desde la etapa de implementación hasta la entrega final.
• Identificar y resolver problemas en tiempo real, garantizando la continuidad del proyecto.
• Gestión de Equipos y Recursos:
• Coordinar a técnicos y subcontratistas durante la implementación en planta.
• Supervisar la asignación y uso eficiente de recursos humanos y materiales.
• Comunicación y Seguimiento:
• Mantener a todas las partes interesadas informadas sobre el progreso del proyecto.
• Preparar informes periódicos sobre el estado de las implementaciones para el Responsable de Operaciones.
• Calidad y Mejora Continua:
• Asegurar que las soluciones implementadas cumplan con los estándares de calidad y las especificaciones del cliente.
• Recopilar retroalimentación al finalizar cada proyecto para identificar áreas de mejora.
