What we're looking for
A person with at least 4 to 5 years of experience in Digital Product Design, with a clear focus on the creation, management, and evolution of design systems. Ideally, someone who has worked in design studios or consultancies, where you have been able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and leave your mark on complex projects. We especially value your ability to scale solutions, systematize components, and generate impact in both design and team efficiency.
