Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience in UX, with a consultative approach and experience in graphic design and digital content.
Experience in interface design, navigation flows, and design systems.
Experience in digital identity, communication strategies, and management of channels such as web, blogs, and social networks.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Ability to understand and translate complex requirements into design solutions in cybersecurity and Defense environments.
High level of English.
Availability to work in a hybrid modality and attend the indicated centers.
Meet the necessary conditions to be able to hold the Personal Security Clearance (HPS) required for the project.

Nice to have

Experience in projects within the Defense sector, cybersecurity, or military and multinational environments.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Penpot, or Adobe.
Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Certifications or complementary training in design and digital marketing.
Communication and coordination skills with technical and business teams.
Analytical capacity, organization, autonomy, and problem-solving orientation.

The role

At Métrica, we are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with experience in interface design, user experience, and digital communication to join a project in the Defense and Cybersecurity sector.

What you'll do

Lead the user experience of cyberdefense solutions.
Design interfaces, views, navigation flows, and design systems.
Define and execute communication strategies, digital identity, and dissemination aligned with the project objectives.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor dissemination activities together with project teams and business units.
Design and develop content and materials for web, social networks, presentations, and other corporate media.
Ensure the visual and communicative coherence of the solutions and their channels.
Prepare reports and documentation to evaluate the results of the actions carried out.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including analysts, data scientists, and architects.

How you'll work

Location: Alcobendas–Arroyo, Madrid. Occasional on-site presence at the Retamares base, Pozuelo de Alarcón, may be required.
Hybrid modality (3 days remote - 2 days on-site)
Project oriented towards the design of cyberdefense solutions.
Equipment provided for security reasons.
SBA 35-40K, flexible depending on experience and fit
