A Digital Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience in digital data extraction and analysis, especially in CRO, who can participate in the research phase (pre-experiment) and the analysis of results (post). With experience in Adobe Analytics/Target and other analysis tools: Qualtrics, Contentsquare (or similar such as Quantum Metric, FullStory, Hotjar...), who also has the ability to present reports to the team and other stakeholders.   • Lead the unification of heterogeneous data sources, connecting digital user behavior (Adobe Analytics) with the traceability and quality of leads in the CRM.
  • Communicating fluently and effectively (in English and Spanish) with experts from various areas (Business, IT, Design, CRO), driving collaboration to achieve strategic goals.
  • Mapping and providing full visibility into the customer journey and conversion funnel, identifying bottlenecks, drop-off points, and optimization opportunities.
  • Automating data extraction and modeling to turn manual processes into a dashboard ecosystem in Power BI that is fast, efficient, and easy to consume for key stakeholders.
  • Applying a strong business vision to data analysis to generate actionable insights, moving from "what is happening" to "what we should do" (improvement proposals for the business).
  • Providing consultative support to Design and CRO teams, supplying key data for launching A/B tests, interface redesigns, and continuous improvement of conversion rates.
  • Collaborating on defining and auditing the web tagging strategy (Datalayer, Google Tag Manager / Adobe Launch) to ensure accurate measurement of every user milestone.
