We currently have an open position for a Lead AI Engineer (Agentic AI) to join our company. We are looking for someone with a solid background in data science, capable of leading teams, designing analytical strategies, and guiding the implementation of advanced solutions in Artificial Intelligence/Data Science environments for our Center of Excellence (CoE) AI.DA.
Although they will depend on your profile and experience, in general your main duties would include:
Developing solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.
Designing Multi-Agent Patterns (skills and subagents).
Prompting.
Managing State and Memory.
RAG.
Planning (Reasoning Loops).
Designing Tools and integrations.
Handling Errors in Tools.
Interoperability: Security and LLMOps.
Guardrails.
Over 8-10 years of professional experience in Software Development.
Artificial Intelligence: Experience in Generative AI and/or Data Science (MLOps, ML/GenAI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.) of at least 6 months/1 year of professional experience.
Cloud: Experience with at least one provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience in managing and leading technical teams, promoting best practices and efficient methodologies in data science development.
Valuable: Advanced English level (B2/C1) for working on international projects.
Teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Communication skills, fostering dynamics that enable the flow of knowledge, with an interest in both learning and teaching.
Results-oriented and proactive.
