  • Analyze complex alerts escalated from N1.
  • Investigate events to reduce false positives and improve detection quality.
  • Propose improvements to automated playbooks and SIEM rules.
  • Coordinate escalations with response teams and infrastructure teams.
  • Work 8x5 or 12x5 shifts depending on the operating model.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a SOC Analyst N2 with experience in SOC operations, alert analysis, and security incident management.

Requirements

  • Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel.
  • Ability to analyze logs, events, and security alerts.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and Windows/Linux systems.
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
