Currently, from the MADRID delegation, we are looking for WEB SUPPORT SERVICE AGENT (FO & BO) FOR THE INSURED, for MADRID.
Job description:
-Receiving calls from insured parties and delegations
-User support for correct access to the private area
-Call coding and file closure if applicable
-Receiving emails from insured parties

-Task coding and file closure if applicable
-30-hour workday per week distributed from Monday to Friday from 9:00h to 15:00h
-25-hour workday per week distributed from Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 20:00h
Contract Type: Two-month temporary contract. Possibility of extension. With the probationary period established by law.
Work area: On-site at its offices located at Calle Juan Ignacio Luca de Tena, Madrid, 28027. Once the learning curve is overcome, hybrid teleworking can be evaluated.
Training course: 3-day training course:
-Start of training on 05/10/2026 and end of training on 08/10/2026
-Training schedule from 09:00h to 15:00h in online modality
-Attendance is mandatory during the entire duration of the training, as essential content for the correct performance of the position will be taught.
-Selective and unpaid training
Start date: Immediate once training is completed 09/10/2026
