The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Posting job offers on various web portals.
- Contact with associations, foundations, and other labor insertion agents.
- Recruitment and pre-selection of candidates nationwide with disabilities.
- Conducting personnel selection interviews.
- Conducting induction, follow-up, and evaluation interviews.
- Management of selection processes with internal clients.
- Technical support for the different projects carried out by the HR department: programming and implementation of actions.
- Temporary hiring for sick leave replacement.
- Work from Monday to Friday in the morning and two afternoons per week.
