Customer Service Telephone Agent with Catalan. Morning or Afternoon Shift. English Valued

Currently, we are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE AGENT WITH CATALAN for DKV.

What will you do?

You will handle inquiries related to medical authorizations, incidents, coverage, and other matters related to DKV's service. You will be the first point of contact to assist policyholders in a professional and friendly manner.

• Temporary 3-month contract.
• Hiring through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency).

⏰ Schedule:

• 37.5 h/week schedule, from Monday to Friday and local holidays.
• Morning shift: 9:00-16:30 h.
• Afternoon shift: 13:30-21:00 h.

? Modality:

• On-site work at Paseo de la Zona Franca, 191, Barcelona.

To join the position, it will be essential to previously pass a selective training course.

? From 08/10/2026 to 16/10/2026

⏰ Schedule: 9:00-16:00 h

? Mixed modality: 3 days online and 3 days on-site.

? There will be no training on 12/10.

Joining the position, once the training is passed, is planned for 19/10/2026.

To pass the training, three fundamental aspects will be taken into account:

• Attendance for all training days.
• Attitude and participation during the course.
• Passing the corresponding evaluative tests.
