The role
We are looking for a professional with experience in CUSTOMER SERVICE with CATALAN AND FRENCH languages, located in our Central offices in Hospitalet de Llobregat - Barcelona.
Job mission: To build customer loyalty through the different channels enabled for that purpose, managing and recording incidents in coordination with all areas of the organization.
What you'll do
Functions:
- Manage the incidents/requests that arrive at customer service.
- Manage CS channels (mail, web, and WhatsApp).
- Perform startup, closing, and loyalty surveys.
- Carry out the registration and maintenance of all activity performed with customers in Salesforce.
- Evaluate customer satisfaction (surveys, CTI...).
- Prepare monthly reports (quality, satisfaction, key customers...).
- Coordinate with other areas to define actions to improve perceived quality.
- Promote the acquisition of new customers and/or services for current ones.
- Actively apply environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria in daily work.
Participate in an inclusive culture, comply with the ethical standards of the organization, and adopt good environmental practices in the work environment.
How you'll work
