It offers protection solutions for household devices that complement the legal warranty or cover appliances out of warranty. It currently operates in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, with different insurance products adapted to each market.

We are looking for B2C Teleoperators with native French and Dutch (Flemish) to manage incoming calls and convert them into sales, working in a dynamic environment, with attractive incentives and the possibility of 100% remote work.

-Management of incoming calls (Inbound)

-Conversion of calls into sales

-Achieving conversion and sales volume targets

-Following the commercial script and company procedures

-Compliance with quality and conformity standards

-Application of the project's internal procedures

-Madrid (San Blas - Canillejas)

-Hybrid model if you reside in Madrid (8 days per month in person)

-100% remote work if you reside outside of the Community of Madrid

-Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 18:00 (40h weekly)
