Customer Experience Agent - French

• Native French or C1/C2 level and fluent Spanish.

• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.

• Multitasking management capacity, proactivity, and autonomy.

• We value previous experience in customer service, especially in ecommerce, retail, or contact centers.

• Basic knowledge of ticketing tools and telephone assistance - valuable.

• Other languages (English, Italian, Portuguese, German...) are valuable

• Attend to French/Spanish customer inquiries through the various channels available to contact us.

• Manage incidents, returns, order tracking, and after-sales assistance.

• Offer a 5-star customer experience.

• Collaborate with the rest of the teams (logistics, catalog, marketplace, after-sales,...) to improve the experience for our customers.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of CX processes for the French market.

📃Temporary employment contract.

⌚ Schedule: Weekly rotating morning/afternoon shifts. During major promotional campaigns of the year (e.g., Black Friday or Christmas), these shifts may be reinforced to support the service.
