Insurance Retention Telephone Agent

At Gi Group, we are looking for Retention agents to join a leading health insurance company in Spain (with its own network of hospitals and medical centers) for our team in Madrid. If customer interaction motivates you, this position is for you!

What will your mission be? Very simple!

You will manage incoming calls from customers requesting to cancel their products:

• Detect the real reason for the cancellation request (need, objection, dissatisfaction, price, usage, etc.).
• Build loyalty by applying a retention script (without offering discounts).
• Secure the customer's continuity whenever possible.
• If it ultimately proceeds, process the sending of the cancellation form to complete the request.
• It is not cold retention; the most important thing is to listen to the candidate and remind them of their benefits.

Temporary contract with the possibility of extension depending on performance and service needs.

On-site in offices located in the Suanzes (L5) area

Later on, depending on results and service needs, there is the possibility of a hybrid teleworking modality.

There will be a (selective and unpaid) 5-day in-person training session from 09:00 to 15:00 at their offices, starting on 03/11.

Start date: 09/11 after successfully completing training.
