What we're looking for

Degree in Labor Relations, Labor Sciences, Social Degree or equivalent.

Demonstrable previous experience of at least 3 years in labor management within consultancy.

Proficiency in A3Nom.

Spoken and written Catalan (essential) and a very good level of English is mandatory.

The role

At Gi Group we are looking for a Labor Management Technician with Catalan and English, to join the established management firm AYCE

Your mission

You will comprehensively manage your own client portfolio, acting as a direct interlocutor and ensuring compliance with labor and Social Security obligations.

What you'll do

Main duties

Administration and processing of employment contracts and their modifications.

Calculation, preparation, and submission of social security (Sistema RED, SILTRA, Contrat@, Delt@).

Processing of registrations, terminations, and variations of worker data.

Preparation and review of the complete payroll cycle.

Management of warnings and dismissals.

Advisory and service to the assigned client portfolio.

How you'll work

Schedule: Mon-Thu 9:00-18:00 and Fri 8:30-14:00, with intensive summer working hours.

Hybrid model (2 days of teleworking/week) and flexibility in start time.

Offices in a central area, excellent connection with public transport.
