The role

We are looking for a Production Operator - Food Handler to join a fifth-generation food product workshop in the San Blas area (Madrid). If you enjoy teamwork, are an organized person, and are motivated to be part of an environment where detail and product quality are cared for, this opportunity is for you.

What you'll do

Support in production and preparation of processed goods (weighing, mixing, portioning, and handling).
Packaging, labeling, and order preparation following established standards.
Visual quality control of the product (appearance, batch order, labeling, expiration dates).
Cleaning and disinfection of utensils, machinery, and work area (compliance with hygiene plans).
Strict compliance with food safety regulations (good practices, HACCP) and OSH.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in food production/workshop/industrial kitchen (valued).
Food handler certificate (essential or availability to obtain it immediately).
A responsible, fast, organized person with a positive attitude, accustomed to working at a steady pace and under pressure.
Ability to follow procedures and maintain high standards of hygiene and quality.
Valued: experience in warehouse/order picking, stock organization, or pallet jack operation.
