Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Temporary contract of 6 months, with the possibility of joining the permanent staff after successfully completing the probationary period.
Working day of 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:30 h, with a half-hour break.
Salary of €9.72 gross/hour plus €1.34 gross for each day teleworked.
Hybrid work modality: teleworking and 3 days in-person per month at the Vigo offices.
Expected start date on November 16th, after successfully completing training.

Education

To join the position, it will be necessary to complete selective and unpaid in-person training, from November 9th to 13th, from 10:30 to 15:30 h.

Requirements

Native Portuguese or C2/Bilingual level (essential).
Customer orientation and communication skills.
Ability to manage incidents and offer solutions.
Good command of computer tools.
Experience in customer service and/or automotive environments is highly valued.

The role

We are currently selecting Customer Service Agents with Portuguese to join an important customer service department in the renting and mobility sector.

What you'll do

Telephone support for renting users.
Management of workshop appointments.
Support regarding vehicle documentation.
Coordination of replacement vehicles.
Management of maintenance and roadside assistance.
Resolution of user incidents and inquiries.
