HR Technician - Automotive Sector

• Degree in Labor Relations and HR, Law, Business Administration, or similar.
• Previous experience in labor consultancy / personnel administration with a minimum of 2 years of payroll management.
• Expert knowledge in applied and practical labor legislation: hiring, leaves, working hours, social security contributions, and IRPF at an operational level.
• Expert knowledge in payroll: understanding of salary concepts, contributions, arrears, garnishments, regularizations, as well as regulatory bases and incident management with the Mutual Insurance Company/Social Security.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, validations).
• Use of CAE platforms (uploads, monitoring, and document control).
• Availability for immediate incorporation.
• Driver's license and own vehicle.

• Collect, review, and validate payroll variables: hours, bonuses (shift/night/holidays), incentives, per diems/allowances, absenteeism, sick leave/work accidents, garnishments, advances, etc.
• Calculation and control of payroll (according to internal model/outsourced agency): verification of earnings/deductions, social security bases, IRPF (income tax), caps, pro-rata, arrears, and regularizations.
• Management and control of regulatory bases (sick leave/work accidents, maternity/paternity, risks, etc.): data collection, calculation verification, coordination with outsourced agency/mutual insurance company, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Hiring and movements: registrations/terminations/variations in Social Security, contracts, extensions, conversions, substantial modifications if applicable, official communications, and filing.
• Management of leaves and absences: paid/unpaid leaves, career breaks, reductions in working hours, work-life balance, vacations, incident control, and operational support.
• Monthly closing processes: closing calendar, control checklist, coordination with HR/operations/outsourced agency, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Interpretation and application of the collective agreement and labor regulations in routine inquiries (shifts, breaks, leaves, sanctions with HR support, etc.).
• Preparation of documentation and support for internal/external audits and inspections (if applicable).
• Document management linked to CAE coordination platforms: uploads, monitoring, validity control, coordination with OHS/providers.
• Maintenance of evidence and documentary traceability by center/contractor (if applicable).
• Preparation of periodic reports: absenteeism, hours/variables, personnel costs (if applicable), payroll incidents, turnover, etc.
