Industrial Maintenance Technician

Currently, from the specialized Mechanics 4.0 line GI PRO, we are looking for an INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for an important company in the industrial packaging sector located in GETAFE (Pol. Ind. El Lomo).

-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and facilities.

-Diagnose faults in an industrial environment (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic) and execute the repair.

-Interpret electrical diagrams, circuits, and technical documentation; support in PLC at a reading/diagnosis level.

-Intervene in pneumatic and hydraulic automation (valves, cylinders, regulation, leaks...).

-Perform industrial mechanics work: adjustments, alignments, replacement of components, belts, bearings, etc.

-Occasional use of electric welding as needed.

-Setup of drive systems and associated elements (drives, actuators, sensors).

-Basic recording of interventions and communication of incidents/spare parts.

-Daily coordination with production and with the maintenance team for task prioritization.

-Participate in improvements to reduce fault recurrence and increase availability.

-Minimum experience of 2 years in industrial maintenance.

-Education: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training (FP) in Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or similar.

-Knowledge in: industrial electricity and automation, pneumatics and hydraulics, industrial mechanics, interpretation of diagrams, and notions of PLC (reading/diagnosis).

-Availability for rotating morning/afternoon shifts (rotation with a colleague).

-Availability to undergo initial training during the morning shift.

-Possibility of immediate start.

-Stable position with continuity.

-Salary: 30,000-35,000 € gross/year.

-Full-time, Monday to Friday, in rotating morning/afternoon shifts.

-Weekends are voluntary.

-Initial training during the morning shift to facilitate integration into the position.

Actualmente, desde la línea especializada en Mecánica 4.0 GI PRO, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a TÉCNICO/A DE MANTENIMIENTO INDUSTRIAL para una importante compañía del sector del embalaje industrial ubicada en GETAFE (Pol. Ind. El Lomo).

-Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en maquinaria e instalaciones de planta.

-Diagnosticar averías en entorno industrial (eléctrico, mecánico, neumático e hidráulico) y ejecutar la reparación.

-Interpretar esquemas eléctricos, circuitos y documentación técnica; apoyo en PLC a nivel lectura/diagnóstico.

-Intervenir en automatismos neumáticos e hidráulicos (válvulas, cilindros, regulación, fugas...).

-Realizar trabajos de mecánica industrial: ajustes, alineaciones, sustitución de componentes, correas, rodamientos, etc.

-Manejo puntual de soldadura eléctrica según necesidad.

-Puesta a punto de sistemas de accionamiento y elementos asociados (variadores, actuadores, sensórica).

-Registro básico de intervenciones y comunicación de incidencias/repuestos.

-Coordinación diaria con producción y con el equipo de mantenimiento para priorización de tareas.

-Participar en mejoras para reducir recurrencia de averías y aumentar disponibilidad.

-Experiencia mínima de 2 años en mantenimiento industrial.

-Formación: FP Grado Medio o Superior en Mantenimiento Industrial, Electricidad, Electromecánica, Mecatrónica o similar.

-Conocimientos en: electricidad industrial y automatismos, neumática e hidráulica, mecánica industrial, interpretación de esquemas y nociones de PLC (lectura/diagnóstico).

-Disponibilidad para turno rotativo mañana/tarde (rotación con un compañero).

-Disponibilidad para realizar la formación inicial en turno de mañana.

-Posibilidad de incorporación inmediata.

-Puesto estable y con continuidad.

-Salario: 30.000-35.000 € brutos/año.

-Jornada completa de lunes a viernes en turno rotativo mañana/tarde.

-Fines de semana voluntarios.

-Formación inicial en turno de mañana para facilitar la integración en el puesto.
