Are you passionate about customer experience and ready to support a fast-paced operations environment? Agilent Technologies is looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Service Admin / Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Operations Center in Barcelona.
What you'll do
Process formal quotes and orders, ensuring high accuracy and responsiveness.
Interface with sales and customers to provide accurate information, solve issues, and support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (e.g., Sales, Service Delivery, Collections) to resolve inquiries.
Manage and coordinate the end-to-end customer experience, applying knowledge of customer situations, internal processes, and compliance requirements.
Perform routine administrative customer service tasks following established procedures.
Excel operational work: data entry, maintaining trackers, preparing lists and reporting support using filters, tables and basic summaries.
What we're looking for
This role requires strong, hands-on Excel usage in day-to-day work (not occasional use). We're looking for someone used to entering data, maintaining trackers and using Excel as a reporting support tool (e.g., applying filters and creating tables/summaries). Advanced English is essential.
Fluent/advanced English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in Customer Service / Customer Operations / Administrative Back Office roles.
Strong Excel in daily use: comfortable with filters and tables (basic Pivot Tables are a plus).
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong time management, multitasking and prioritization skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Proactive attitude, curiosity to learn, and ownership.
Ability to learn internal processes quickly.
Nice to have
SAP/CRM experience.
Administrative vocational training/education.
German (desirable but not required for this specific role).
How you'll work
Working hours: 08:00-17:00 (1-hour break)
Hybrid model:Remote: Monday & Friday
On-site (WTC offices): Tuesday to Thursday
Onboarding: first month fully on-site (Mon-Fri) for training and team integration
Gross annual salary: €29,000
Start date: ASAP, no later than October 1st
Contract: 6-month contract via ETT (temporary employment agency)
