About the job

We are looking for an Account Executive to support the Airline Director and the local Business Development team, with a strong focus on execution and follow-up of commercial initiatives within the flights business and, especially, on airline operations (mainly accounting/administrative coordination and liaison with internal/external stakeholders such as Legal).

Key responsibilities

Support the day-to-day management of airline accounts: coordinate agreements, track initiatives and manage timelines.

Assist in the preparation, execution and monitoring of commercial campaigns and deals.

Provide operational and commercial communication support with airline partners and ensure timely follow-up.

Coordinate and execute airline operations / back-office tasks, with special focus on:accounting/administrative activities (document control, issue resolution, operational support),

Coordination with Operations/Finance and, when applicable, with Legal.

Prepare periodic performance reports, track KPIs and analyse trends to support decision-making.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to generate actionable insights.

Prepare materials for business reviews, partner meetings and internal presentations.

Collaborate with Product Marketing, Revenue Management and Operations to ensure correct execution of initiatives.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Must-have: at least 2 years of experience within an airline company.

Intermediate profile (not senior), execution- and coordination-oriented.

Basic knowledge of the travel industry and airline distribution.

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.

Advanced English (mandatory). Spanish, French, Italian and/or Portuguese are a plus.

Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint.

Previous experience in OTA / travel agency / GDS environments is a plus (provided the airline experience requirement is met).

Contract & conditions

12-month temporary contract.

Start date: October 2026.

Compensation: €25,000 - €29,000 gross/year, negotiable depending on profile and experience.

Location: Barcelona

Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office + 2 days remote (company policy).

Main portfolio: regional European airlines, with additional support for Mexico and Brazil.

Support/execution role (no key account ownership and no direct commercial targets).
