📋 Your responsibilities
Receive, accompany, and build loyalty with customers with kindness and closeness, offering an agile and excellent experience in a dynamic environment like the airport.
Prepare coffees, matchas, and other specialties following our quality standards.
Bake and prepare bakery products (pastries, snacks, and other prepared items), ensuring correct handling, cooking times, and final presentation.
Present news, launches, and promotions to customers.
Perform the opening and/or closing of the point of sale.
Keep the space and the warehouse clean, organized, and aligned with GoodNews standards and specific airport regulations.
Manage the stock of the point of sale, ensuring correct replenishment, rotation, and preservation of products.
Perform replenishments from the main airport warehouse when necessary.
Replenish and place products following the brand guidelines.
Know the characteristics of the coffee, the products, and allergens for safe service.
Work with agility and precision during high-volume customer time slots.
Contribute to a respectful, collaborative, and positive team culture.
