Search for, approve, and manage suppliers and subcontractors, including the issuance and follow-up of RFQs.
Analyze and compare technical-commercial offers, in coordination with the technical teams.
Negotiate commercial and contractual conditions: prices, payments, guarantees, deadlines, and responsibilities.
Prepare awards and formalize contracts and orders, including their management in Business Central.
Coordinate the procurement process with Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Finance, Legal, Commissioning, and Logistics until its correct handover.
Guarantee the traceability and documentation of procurement processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and audits.
