YOUR PROFILE

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanics and advanced vehicle diagnostics.

· Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Automotive or similar.

· Experience in diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.

· Knowledge of Renault diagnostic tools and technical procedures.

· Knowledge of new automotive technologies, especially hybrid and electric vehicles.

· B driving license.

We are looking to bring a COTEC Renault into our Renault/Dacia aftersales team at our Tarragona facilities.

We are looking for a Technical Coordinator (COTEC) with experience in advanced diagnostics and complex fault resolution, who acts as the workshop's technical benchmark and provides support to the mechanics team.

Their main mission will be to guarantee the correct identification and resolution of technical issues, optimizing diagnostic and repair processes and ensuring compliance with the quality standards established by the brand.

Likewise, they will be responsible for sharing and transmitting the knowledge acquired in the training sessions provided by Renault, contributing to the technical development and continuous improvement of the team.

YOUR ROLE

YOUR TASKS

• Performing advanced diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in Renault/Dacia vehicles.

• Identification and resolution of complex technical issues, using the brand's specific diagnostic equipment and tools.

• Technical advice and support to first-class skilled tradespeople, electromechanics, and other workshop professionals, as well as to the linked workshop network.

• Monitoring and resolution of technical issues, guaranteeing the quality and effectiveness of repairs.

• Management and follow-up of technical inquiries with the manufacturer, following the procedures established by Renault.

• Application and supervision of the technical procedures and quality standards established by the brand.

• Collaboration with the workshop manager to optimize diagnostic and repair processes.

• Continuous updating of technical knowledge regarding new technologies, electronic systems, and electric and hybrid vehicles.

• Transmission and sharing of knowledge acquired in the brand's training sessions, facilitating its practical application by the team.

• Support in the technical training and development of workshop and network professionals, acting as a technical benchmark and promoting the exchange of knowledge.
