Requirements

What we're looking for

Languages: Fluent Spanish and English (B2 / C1 level). Other languages are valued.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Service, Reception, Events, or Hospitality (experience in hostels is highly valued).
Knowledge: Management of social networks (Instagram/TikTok) and proficiency in basic mobile content creation (Canva, CapCut).
Profile: Extroverted, proactive, empathetic, organized person with a clear vocation for service.
Availability: Schedule flexibility and availability to attend and energize activities during weekends.

The role

At Urbany Hostels, we are looking for a Guest Relations & Community Agent with energy, charisma, and creativity to join the Urbany Hostels team in Barcelona.

Your mission will be to welcome travelers from all over the world, energize the hostel's social life with activities, and integrate the day-to-day experience by creating content for our social media.

What you'll do

Guest Relations: Attend to guests with a friendly approach, offer local recommendations, resolve doubts or incidents, and guarantee an excellent stay. Promotion of the hostels' internal activities.
Activity Organization: Plan and coordinate the hostel's social agenda (themed nights, city tours, terrace events, welcome drinks) to connect the traveler community.
Social Media & Content: Capture photos and videos of the activities and hostel life to feed our social media with a fresh and youthful style.
Internal Coordination: Work as a team with the central Marketing department, Reception, Cleaning, and Maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the accommodation and customer satisfaction.
