Head of Reception

🎯 Your mission

You will be the person responsible for leading the Front Office department, coordinating the team and ensuring the correct operation of the area's activities, as well as an excellent experience for our guests.

• Coordinate, organize, and supervise the Reception team, including shifts, tasks, and vacations.

• Lead and motivate the team, fostering a good working environment and the development of individuals.

• Supervise Front Office operations: check-in, check-out, reservations, telephone assistance, billing, and closings.

• Guarantee the quality and service standards of RVHotels.

• Attend to and resolve incidents, complaints, and guest requests, offering close and personalized service.

• Supervise the correct management of collections, cash desks, billing, and POS closings.

• Coordinate with the Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and propose improvements in processes and the guest experience.

• Collaborate with Management in monitoring the hotel's main indicators and objectives.

• Previous experience as Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager.

• Experience in team management and coordination.

• Training in Tourism, Hotel Management, or similar.

• Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish.

• Good level of English. Other languages, especially French, will be valued.

• Experience working with hotel PMS. Knowledge of Mews and/or ACI will be especially valued.

• Good command of office tools, especially Excel.

• Organized, decisive, proactive, and customer-oriented profile.

• Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
