What you'll do
You will report to the Labor Relations Manager and will be part of the People team, learning from the inside how the Labor Relations and Training areas work.
• You will support personnel administration (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, incidents, time tracking, etc.)
• You will collaborate in labor documentation and contract management
• You will participate in the monitoring of incidents, data analysis, and the preparation of tracking reports.
• You will provide support in labor relations and regulatory matters
• You will prepare materials (presentations, reports, surveys…)
• You will manage the company's training plans (fundae, calls for applications, attendees, evaluations…)
• Additionally, you will provide support in corporate culture and cross-functional projects
