Requirements

What we're looking for

• Higher Engineer or Technician. Intermediate or higher Vocational Training in building or similar.

• Advanced knowledge of construction and construction systems.

• Experience in construction execution and project management under the BIM methodology.

• Demonstrable experience in handling Revit ARQ, STR, and MEP.

• Proficiency in Presto and demonstrable experience in measurements with BIM.

The role

At Grupo Avintia, we need to recruit a BIM technician for our headquarters in Madrid, where they will perform the following functions:

• Conflict detection and searching for alternatives.

• Carrying out tasks during the execution phase

• Measurements extracted from the Revit model.
