We are looking for a BIM Technician to expand one of our teams in Madrid.

What you'll do

  • Modeling and development of projects in BIM (Building Information Modeling) according to defined standards.
  • Creation and management of parametric families and BIM object libraries.
  • Extraction of information, measurements, and budgets from BIM models.
  • Coordination of disciplines in collaborative BIM environments (Model Coordination).
  • Detection and resolution of clashes in BIM models.
  • Preparation of technical documentation and drawings derived from BIM models.
  • Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other project professionals.
  • Ensuring the quality and consistency of BIM information throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support in the implementation and improvement of the company's BIM workflows.
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the BIM field.

Requirements

  • Vocational or university training in areas related to architecture, engineering, or construction.
  • Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years as a BIM Technician.
  • Proficiency in main BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD Architecture, etc.).
  • Knowledge of BIM standards and workflows (ISO 19650, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
