We are looking for a BIM Technician to expand one of our teams in Madrid.

• Vocational or university training in areas related to architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years as a BIM Technician.
• Proficiency in main BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD Architecture, etc.).
• Knowledge of BIM standards and workflows (ISO 19650, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• The following will be valued positively:
• Experience with BIM budgeting software (Presto, CYPE BIM, etc.).
• Knowledge of other design or calculation software (Civil 3D, Tekla, etc.).
• Recognized BIM certifications.
• Experience in BIM project management.

Technical Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related degrees.

Minimum of 2 years of experience developing projects using BIM methodology in sectors such as industrial, logistics, civil works, technical architecture, etc.

Proficiency in design and modeling tools: Revit (essential for Architecture discipline), AutoCAD, experience in Revit MEP/HVAC is valued.

Knowledge of: Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, etc.

Valuable experience in: BIM coordination, multidisciplinary modeling, technical document management, solid understanding of construction processes and construction execution documentation.

Ability to interpret technical documentation and develop efficient construction solutions.
