• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following our recipes and quality standards, ensuring the freshness and flavor of each ingredient.
• Manage the kitchen line efficiently, ensuring optimal preparation times and an impeccable presentation of the dishes.
• Maintain strict control of hygiene and food safety in all areas of the kitchen, complying with current regulations.
• Actively collaborate with the kitchen and dining room team to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for our customers.
• Participate in the management of inventories and stock control of raw materials, minimizing waste.
• Propose improvements in processes and recipes to optimize the quality and efficiency of the kitchen.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the kitchen facilities and utensils.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience as a COOK, preferably in restaurant environments or high-quality food shops.
• Culinary Knowledge: Solid knowledge in cooking techniques, food handling, and preparation of various types of dishes.
• Passion for Cooking: A genuine interest in gastronomy, product quality, and the desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to the quality, presentation, and flavor of dishes.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and superiors.
