• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in director or management roles within the hospitality and catering sector, preferably in high-turnover establishments or recognized chains.
• Knowledge: Solid knowledge in catering operations management, finance, marketing, human resources, and food and beverage sector regulations.
• Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Results Orientation: Strong orientation toward achieving objectives, with analytical capacity for data-driven decision-making.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Cervecerías Bareto to lead and optimize the operation of our prestigious breweries. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the catering business, with an emphasis on managing high-turnover establishments and maintaining superior quality standards. This role is crucial to ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and the continuous growth of the Cervecerías Bareto brand under the umbrella of Grupo Barbillón.

• Comprehensive Operations Management: Supervise all operational facets of Cervecerías Bareto, including staff management, inventory, cost control, regulatory compliance, and guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience.
• Leadership and Team Development: Direct, motivate, and develop high-performance work teams. Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and commitment to the company's values.
• Financial Management: Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and sales projections. Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions to achieve profitability objectives.
• Commercial and Marketing Strategy: Collaborate in the development and implementation of commercial and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Quality and Standards: Ensure rigorous compliance with quality standards in all products and services offered, from food and beverage preparation to customer service and the cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities.
• Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain solid and beneficial relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in products, services, and operational processes to maintain the competitiveness and relevance of Cervecerías Bareto.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational and financial performance for the senior management of Grupo Barbillón.
