The objective of the Nursing Assistant position at Grupo Casaverde is to provide auxiliary care to users, according to their needs, under the supervision and instructions of the multidisciplinary team, supervisors, nursing staff, or the center's physician, in order to improve or maintain the users' current quality of life.

We are looking to hire two assistants for the morning shift at our Hospital de Rehabilitación Neurológica Casaverde Madrid, located in Navalcarnero.

Functions:

Strictly comply with the established work plan and procedures.

Comply with the user's care plan.

Personal hygiene and grooming of the user, preparation of materials, performing oral hygiene and cleaning of dental prostheses, combing hair, shaving, putting on clean diapers, and dressing the user. (During the corresponding shift).

Provide food to bedridden dependent users via oral route, PEG tube, and NG tube, provided that the Nursing staff authorizes the performance of this function.

Assistance in diaper changing and intimate hygiene of the user, always maintaining the maximum privacy and intimacy for the user.

Organize and control the user's wardrobes and belongings.

Collection of dirty laundry, both bedding and the user's own.

Making beds and maintaining the order of the user's room

Perform postural changes, performing them between two assistants by effecting the mobilization correctly, following the indications set by the nursing or supervision area, always based on the established protocol.

Assistance and accompaniment in all dining services.

Assistance and accompaniment of the user (lounges, gym, group therapies, or rest areas).

Assistance with the user getting into and out of bed.

Waste removal.

Providing the necessary and prescribed hydration to the users.

Organizing the relaxation lounges to ensure they are in perfect condition.

Reading and signing the handover from previous shifts, and asking colleagues from the previous shift about all incidents that occurred.

Completing the daily and rigorous hygiene and grooming record for the users.
