What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology.
Master's degree in General Health Psychology.
Minimum professional experience of 5 years in the field of psychology and intervention with children and adolescents.
Experience in psychological assessment, attention to diversity, and support for families.
Ability for teamwork, coordination, communication, and management of complex situations.

Nice to have

Previous experience in guidance departments of educational centers.
Experience in different educational stages.
Specific training in school coexistence, bullying prevention, mental health, and emotional well-being.
Experience in advising and training teaching staff.
Ability to drive improvement initiatives and contribute to the establishment of common intervention criteria.

The role

Colegio CEU San Pablo Sevilla is selecting a Psychologist to join the Guidance Department, with experience in the educational field and solid knowledge in psycho-pedagogical assessment and intervention, attention to diversity, and support for students and their families.

We are looking for a professional with initiative, coordination skills, and an integral vision of student needs, who contributes to the development of an inclusive educational response and to the personal, emotional, and academic well-being of students across different educational stages.
