- Manage personal and social adjustment services throughout their scope: seek physiotherapy providers, training resources, develop collective actions with workers, etc.
- Manage the information and advisory service on technical aids, available resources, subsidies, and rights of persons with disabilities (PWD).
- Promote the integration of new workers by establishing relationships with employment agencies and entities dedicated to the labor insertion of persons with disabilities.
- Conduct follow-up interviews on their employability and workplace adaptations.
- Create and manage the network of community resources and contacts with the PWD association movement to serve as resources for our workers.
- Address individual demands and requests for help from workers and manage the necessary resources to cover them.
- Prepare reports and requests for subsidies.
