Vocational Training Projects Technician

We are looking to recruit a Project Technician for our Vocational Training center in Madrid to carry out a temporary replacement.

Their mission will be to actively contribute to the positioning of the center as a benchmark in Vocational Training, transmitting institutional values and offering an excellent service experience to the student.

• Collaborate in the planning of promotional actions (open days, educational fairs, digital campaigns), adapting messages to different audiences: potential students, families, collaborating companies.

• Register, update, and segment contacts (leads) in the CRM.

• Perform follow-up on enrollment opportunities and conversion funnels.

• Prepare periodic reports on commercial activity and lead conversion.

• Coordinate follow-up actions (emailing, calls, reminders).

• Manage inquiries received through various channels (web, email, telephone, social networks).

• Inform and advise on the educational offer, requirements, and admission process.

• Accompany the candidate during the decision and enrollment process.

• Coordinate with academic and administration teams to guarantee an efficient enrollment process.

• Support the preparation of documentation, management of places, and monitoring of files.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment and admission processes in Vocational Training, incentivizing internal promotion between the different levels of Vocational Training (intermediate, higher, and master's).

• Conduct satisfaction surveys among students to allow for the detection of areas for improvement

• Analyze key indicators in campaign monitoring: number of leads, conversion rate, enrollment per program, etc.

• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the recruitment of new Vocational Training students.

• Propose new actions or improvements in campaigns and internal/external processes of the center.
