Digital Marketing Technician

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, online acquisition, or digital campaign management.
• Knowledge of Google Ads (Search, PMAX, and Demand Generation).
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Experience in CRM, marketing automation, or lead management.
• Knowledge of digital measurement and attribution tools.
• Experience in social media campaigns and other online acquisition channels.
• Knowledge of the energy sector.

The Spain Gas Networks business is responsible for the distribution of natural gas and renewable gas and operates nationwide (Spain). As a distribution company, it is responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of more than 53,800 km of gas network, to which more than 5.4 million supply points are connected in nearly 1,150 municipalities. The main activities it carries out are: commissioning, meter reading, periodic inspection, and handling of notifications. In this context, we offer a position as a Digital Marketing Technician (Madrid). The selected person will join the Digital Acquisition team with the objective of executing, supervising, and optimizing the area's initiatives, ensuring the correct execution of digital advertising campaigns, the monitoring of results, and the fulfillment of acquisition objectives.

• Management and monitoring of digital acquisition campaigns developed through external agencies and partners.
• Review and monitoring of segmentations, creatives, audiences, and assets used in campaigns.
• Analysis of results and monitoring of acquisition, conversion, cost, and lead quality KPIs.
• Identification and implementation of improvements aimed at optimizing campaign performance.
• Preparation of periodic activity and results reports.
• Coordination with agencies, providers, and internal areas to ensure the correct execution of acquisition actions.
• Management and monitoring of incidents related to campaigns, tools, or processes associated with the area.
• Control and monitoring of budgets assigned to digital acquisition actions.
• Operational management of digital marketing projects and initiatives, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines and deliverables.
• Support in the definition of acquisition actions and evaluation of new advertising formats.
• Participation in the continuous improvement of the area's processes and tools.
