Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Contract due to production circumstances.
Working day from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 14:00 h and from 17:00 to 19:00 h.
Saturdays from 08:30 to 13:00 h.
Salary according to collective agreement.

The role

At Grupo Crit, we are looking to hire a Commercial Administrator for an important company located in Huelva.

We are looking for an organized, decisive person with communication skills and a customer orientation, who will be in charge of supporting the company's administrative and commercial management, as well as collaborating in order tracking and warehouse control.

What you'll do

Telephone and in-person customer service, providing information and advice on products and services.
Administrative management and tracking of customer orders.
Preparation of quotes, delivery notes, and invoices.
Support in commercial management and customer follow-up.
Resolution of inquiries and incidents related to orders and deliveries.
Registration, updating, and filing of administrative and commercial documentation.
Support in basic accounting and invoicing tasks.
Coordination with the warehouse for order tracking, product availability, and deliveries.
Control and updating of inventory and stock.
Occasional support in the reception and organization of goods.
