Acciona, in its construction business line, requires the recruitment of a Surveyor for an important Data Center construction project in Zaragoza.

Mission

Perform, coordinate, and supervise the surveying work necessary for the correct execution of projects, guaranteeing precision in setting out, measurements, surveys, and geometric control of the works, in accordance with the technical project documentation, production needs, and established quality standards.

• Performance of initial topographic surveys and data collection on-site.
• Execution of setting out for foundations, structures, enclosures, partitioning, installations, and unique elements of the project.
• Geometric control of the works during the various execution phases.
• Verification of elevations, alignments, levels, slopes, axes, and reference points.
• Technical support to the production team and technical office in the interpretation of plans and project documentation.
• Preparation and updating of topographic plans, sketches, reports, and associated technical documentation.
• Control of measurements and support in the verification of certifications, comparisons, or project modifications.
• Coordination with site managers, foremen, the technical office, subcontractors, and the project management team.
• Detection and communication of deviations, interferences, or technical incidents that may affect the correct execution of the works.
• Management and maintenance of topographic bases, control points, and site references.
• Handling of surveying equipment such as total station, GPS, optical level, or laser scanner, depending on project needs.
• Supervision, where applicable, of junior profiles or surveying support staff.

• Training in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Vocational Training in Civil Works Projects, Construction, or similar.
• Minimum experience of 4-5 years performing surveying functions in unique building, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience in setting out structures, foundations, facades, partitioning, interior urbanization, and site control.
• Solid knowledge of plan interpretation, measurements, elevations, levels, and technical building documentation.
• Advanced handling of total station, GPS, optical level, and surveying tools.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and specific surveying software.
• Availability to work on-site in the province of Zaragoza.
• Driver's license.
• Advanced English
