Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Salary between €23,000 and €30,000 gross per year, depending on experience and professional category.
Location: Algete (Madrid).
Full-time.
Rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with weekly rotation:
Morning shift: Monday to Thursday, from 05:40 to 14:00 h; Friday, from 05:55 to 13:00 h.
Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, from 14:00 to 22:20; Friday, from 13:00 to 20:05.
Initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of an extension for another 3 months and a real option of joining the permanent staff with an indefinite contract.
Joining a specialized industrial environment in the manufacture of mining machinery.

At Grupo CRIT, we are looking for 1st and 2nd Class Welding Tradespeople to join a company specialized in the design and manufacture of industrial machinery and equipment for the mining sector, working with large metal structures and components with high mechanical requirements, located in Algete (Madrid).

We are looking for professionals with experience in welding steel and heavy metal structures, especially using MIG/MAG and electrode processes, accustomed to working with large-sized pieces and guaranteeing resistant, high-quality finishes.

What you'll do

Perform MIG/MAG (semi-automatic) welding work on metal structures, components, and industrial machinery assemblies.
Execute welded joints on steel pieces and large-thickness components.
Interpret manufacturing drawings and welding symbology.
Prepare, adjust, and position pieces before welding.
Visually verify welds and correct possible defects.
Perform preparation, grinding, and finishing work on welded joints.
Use welding tools and equipment in accordance with established procedures.
Compliance with quality, safety, and occupational risk prevention standards.
