At Grupo Crit, we are looking for a Factory Operator (production assistant) in the Villalobón area, Palencia.

Are you looking for an opportunity to develop yourself in the industrial sector? We are selecting a Factory Operator (Production Assistant) to join a major company in the productive sector located in Villalobón (Palencia).

• Monitoring and following up on the execution of the manufacturing plan at the machine.
• Supervision of the correct functioning of production equipment.
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to the established planning.
• Execution of cleanings and inspections related to Food Defense protocols.
• Validation of preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
• Control of the metal detector's critical point in the manufacturing area, when applicable.
• Collection of samples and performance of self-controls in accordance with the established analytical plan.
• Review and recording of safety rejects following internal procedures.
• Management and removal of waste to the corresponding containers.
• Visual control and monitoring of silo stock according to the defined frequency.

• Full-time.
• Rotating shifts: Morning: 06:00 to 14:00 h. / Afternoon: 14:00 to 22:00 h. / Night: 22:00 to 06:00 h.
• Initial hiring through a temp agency.
