The role

Do you have experience working with granulators and tablet presses in GMP environments within the pharmaceutical industry?

From the Hi Talent division of Grupo Crit, we are looking for a Pharmaceutical Development Operator to join a major pharmaceutical company located in Azuqueca de Henares on a permanent basis and participate in R&D projects and the development of new products.

If you are looking for a project where you can combine pharmaceutical production and innovation, participating in the development of new medicines within a GMP environment, we want to meet you.

You will be part of the R&D area, participating in the manufacturing of development and validation batches, working with solid pharmaceutical dosage forms, and collaborating closely with scientific and technical teams in the launch of new products.

What you'll do

Operation of pharmaceutical solid dosage form equipment, especially granulators and tablet presses.
Manufacturing of pharmaceutical development batches, pilot batches, and bio-batches.
Completion and review of documentation associated with production processes according to GMP regulations.
Performing pharmaceutical testing and providing technical support to development teams.
Interpretation of results and collaboration with different departments to optimize processes.
Cleaning, preparation, and basic maintenance of equipment and materials.
Inventory control and material stock management.
Training and support for new team members.
Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and work procedures.
