The role

At Crit Sabadell, we are selecting an EDI Support Technician for our client dedicated to the food sector, located in Sant Cugat del Vallés.

This person participates in the implementation of the EDI system for the electronic exchange of data (orders/invoices) with their suppliers, providing support for the integration of new suppliers, ensuring process efficiency, and resolving any related incidents that may arise.

What you'll do

  • Direct communication with suppliers to be integrated into the EDI process, helping them understand the implementation process.
  • Assist in the configuration process of the software necessary for the EDI data exchange between the suppliers' systems.
  • Ensure the correct functioning of the EDI system by defining technical requirements regarding documents, formats, data to be exchanged, and standards to be used.
  • Perform the corresponding monitoring to guarantee efficient reception and processing of data messages.
  • Diagnose, document, and resolve EDI process incidents.
  • Collaborate in the definition and calculation of performance indicators (KPIs) for the company's management.
