What we're looking for

Education: Having an Elevator Installation Course (20h) and Working at Heights (8h) is highly valued. (If you lack the PRL certification, the company assumes the management and cost of training prior to joining).
Experience: Demonstrable track record in the assembly of elevators, industrial machinery, or complex electromechanical systems.
Hard Skills / Tools: Solid and practical foundation in industrial welding, interpretation of electrical panels, and handling of electromechanical tools.
Soft Skills: Operational autonomy, procedural rigor for compliance with safety regulations, and analytical capacity for the resolution of technical problems.
Indefinite full-time contract (M-F, split shift), with a salary range of €23,000 to €38,000 gross per year negotiable according to technical seniority, complemented by the payment of per diems, travel expenses, and overtime.
Operations are based in Barcelona and the metropolitan area, limiting weekend interventions to occasional emergencies, and including a company van for free use.

The role

At Crit Hi-Talent, we manage the recruitment of technical talent for a consolidated company in the manufacturing and installation of vertical transport systems. We are currently immersed in the configuration of new work teams in the province of Barcelona.

We are looking to incorporate both Senior and Junior profile operators to form technical duos. The central objective of this vacancy is to guarantee impeccable electromechanical installations on-site, ensuring the candidate a local working environment that respects rest by avoiding habitual overnight stays outside of their province.

What you'll do

Execute the integral mechanical and electrical assembly of elevators, goods lifts, and car lifts in a construction site environment.
Assemble specialized equipment such as scissor lifts and accessibility solutions for people with reduced mobility.
Provide direct technical support during commissioning, diagnosing and resolving operational deviations and incidents on-site.
