What we're looking for

ESSENTIAL Bilingual level in Spanish and Catalan.
ESSENTIAL Experience in customer service within the contact center sector
Computer skills and typing speed.
Secondary education level (ESO, Bachillerato, or equivalent).
Good level of oral and written communication.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Employment contract from day one, including the training period.
38.5-hour work week with a split shift between 9:00h and 20:00h, including one hour for lunch.
Work from Monday to Sunday with two weekends off per month.
Initial 2-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
Salary according to the Contact Center collective agreement.
100% on-site work at our Barcelona offices (Glòries area)
Start date November 2026

What you'll do

Comprehensive call handling by responding to customer needs, based on established procedures, standards, and quality objectives.
Effective attention and resolution of customer incidents, inquiries, and doubts regarding everything related to the purchasing process.
Compliance with company policies and regulations.
Administrative tasks derived from call management.
