Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a teleoperator, salesperson, or in customer service is valued.
Good communication skills and capacity for persuasion.
Goal-oriented.
Basic handling of computer tools.
Sensitivity towards social and humanitarian causes.
Physical, organic, or sensory disability equal to or greater than 33% is valued (disability certificate registered in Andalusia).

The role

What you'll do

Main duties

Contact potential collaborators by telephone.
Provide information about the NGO's projects and activities.
Raise awareness and recruit new members and donors.
Resolve doubts and offer close and professional service.
Register call information in the management tool.
