• Making and receiving calls
• Customer/user service
• Management of incidents and inquiries

• Contract type: Permanent from the start.
• Initial training:
• Duration of approx. 2 weeks
• Non-selective
• Paid and with a contract from the first day
• Work modality:
• Teleworking. One day per week is in-person
• Initial training period (approx. 2 weeks)
• Location:
• Residency in Madrid or Guadalajara is essential (applications from other cities will not be considered).
• Schedule:

there are two vacancies.

from 4 PM to 8 PM

or from 2 PM to 8 PM

• Salary:
• 17,094 €/y (this is for full-time)

Fluent level in computer handling (key requirement)

Minimum experience valued of 6 months, in similar positions
