Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst.
Experience in the insurance sector.
High English – essential.
Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
Analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Experience in multicultural environments.
User knowledge of Confluence and Azure DevOps.
Experience in drafting user stories.
Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

We are looking for a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst with experience in the insurance sector and a high level of English, to join a stable project in an agile environment.

The selected person will be responsible for analyzing and translating business needs into clear functional specifications, collaborating closely with technical and business teams, and providing technical solutions aligned with the client's objectives.

What you'll do

Gather and analyze functional requirements from business areas.
Prepare functional documentation, use cases and user stories.
Coordinate meetings with national and international stakeholders.
Validate the proposed solutions together with the technical team and the client.
Ensure the quality and consistency of the functional deliverables.
Propose and provide technical solutions that optimize processes and products.
