Payment Operations Specialist

• Previous experience in banking operations, payment methods, financial back office, or similar functions.
• Knowledge of payment processes, transfers, reconciliation, and settlements.
• Ability to analyze information, detect discrepancies, and resolve incidents.
• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel, and management systems or financial platforms.
• Attention to detail, analytical capacity, and organization.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Experience in reconciliations and analysis of operational differences.
• Knowledge of internal control procedures and exception management.

• Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Management.

• Native Spanish
• Minimum B1 English
• Catalan.

At GP DIGITAL, we are looking for an important  banking client

to join a financial environment, participating in the supervision, control, and management of operations related to payment methods.

The selected person will contribute to guaranteeing the correct processing of transactions, the resolution of operational incidents, and compliance with established procedures, collaborating with the various teams involved to ensure the quality and efficiency of the service.

• Supervise and control operations related to payment methods, guaranteeing their correct processing.
• Monitor transactions and identify possible errors, discrepancies, or incidents.
• Manage and analyze incidents related to payments, transfers, settlements, and returns.
• Perform reconciliation and operational control tasks, verifying the consistency of the information recorded in the systems.
• Investigate deviations and coordinate the necessary actions for their resolution.
• Prepare monitoring and reporting reports on operational activity, incidents, and service indicators.
• Collaborate with other internal teams and entities involved in payment operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and to compliance with internal controls and established procedures.

• Standard schedule: office..40 hours per week
• Workplace: Barcelona // Sabadell
• Modality hybrid: 2-3 days per week at client site
